2010 Water Rates:
$18.50 for the first 1,000 gallons
   plus for each 1,000 gallons (1,001 to 5,000)  $2.50 
   plus for each 1,000 gallons (5,001 to 10,000)  $2.75 
   plus for each 1,000 gallons (10,001 to 20,000)  $3.00 
   plus for each 1,000 gallons (20,001 & up)  $3.25 
2010 Sewer Rates:
$15.04 for the first 1,000 gallons
   plus for each 1,000 gallons  $2.50 
2010 Sewer Only Rate:
     $24.00 
2010 ~ 2012 Garbage Rates: 
     $13.70 for 35 Gallon  ($7.45 GR35 + 6.25 RECY)
     $15.30 for 64 Gallon  ($9.05 GR64 + 6.25 RECY)
     $16.50 for 96 Gallon  ($10.25 GR96 + 6.25 RECY)

1.  ALUMINUM CANS - Empty and dry, whole or flattened.

2.  TIN FOOD CANS - Empty, clean whole or flattened.  This includes empty, dry paint cans.

3.  GLASS JARS & BOTTLES - Empty, clean, unbroken, and caps removed.  NO BROKEN GLASS!  Unacceptable:  Light bulbs, mirrors, windows, dishes, and drinking glasses.

4.  PLASTIC - Empty and clean.  Will accept any plastic container that is one gallon or less in size, has a neck and can be bought in a grocery store.  Unacceptable:  Hard plastic, plastic bags, cool whip or margarine tubs, hoses, caps, pipe, toys, etc.

5.  NEWSPRINT, CATALOGS & MAGAZINES -  Bagged or bundled, dry & clean.  Phone books are accepted.

6.  CORRUGATED CARDBOARD - will be accepted, needs to be flattened.  May be brought to one of the three cardboard dumpsters located at City of Osakis Maintenance Shop @ 209 Nokomis Street West.

Recyclables and yard waste can also be brought, free of charge to:

Open M-F:  8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m.    Saturday:  9:00a.m. - 2:00p.m.
