SPECIAL MEETING

MARCH 24, 2003

Mayor Astleford called the meeting to order.

Present: Hagemann, Nordstrom ,Astleford, Emerson, Timmerman

Absent: None

The purpose of this meeting is to review job applications for the City Clerk/Treasurer position.

The council read through the applications.

The council then evaluated each applicant on the basis of the following skills: Computer, payroll, budget, experience and education. The five receiving the most points will be interviewed.

Doris Koehler

Josephine Hofmann

Angela Jacobson

It was agreed to interview Wednesday April 2, 2003 beginning at 6:30 pm at 20 minute intervals.

The Clerk will prepare a list of questions.

A motion by Timmerman seconded by Hagemann to adjourn. All Ayes

Meeting adjourned 8:30 PM.
