Public Hearing

Mayor Astleford called the Meeting to Order 

The pledge of allegiance was spoken 

Present: Hagemann, Nordstrom, Astleford, Emerson, Timmerman 

Purpose of the meeting is to have a Public Hearing for the Small City III Grant.  Bill Grasavage, Traci Ryan, and either LuAnn or Jeff from HRA (All Grant Writers are here pertaining to their own segment of the grant.) 

Motion by Emerson 2^nd by Nordstrom to Open the Public Hearing. All Ayes.  Time 6:02 pm. 

Meeting was turned over to Traci Ryan to explain Comprehensive Grant procedures.

Total Grant money we are requesting is $1,355,680.00 

A motion by Emerson 2^nd by Hagemann to close the public hearing. All Ayes.  Time public hearing closed was 6:33pm. 

A Resolution was presented by Hagemann 2^nd by Nordstrom to identify the Commercial Downtown Businesses to be in a Slum & Blight Condition.  When put to a vote the Resolution passed unanimously. Timmerman Abstained 

Motion by Emerson 2^nd by Nordstrom to adjourn.
