SPECIAL MEETING

OCTOBER 29, 2002

Mayor Zimmerman called the meeting to order.

Present: Hagemann, Larson, Zimmerman, Emerson, Astleford

Absent: None

The council met with our Engineers to review the calculations and process of the assessments. It was concluded the water and sewer service lines should be assessed the same for all projects that are now in progress in the city. This results in a reduction of $605.00 for the sewer services and $571.00 for the water services from the assessments on the highway 27 project.

Several parcels were reviewed on an individual basis: Malvin parcels – previously the council stated one service was required, two were installed so the assessment will be for one service with the second service charged as a connection fee when used.

A motion by Hagemann seconded by Emerson to adjourn. All Ayes.

Meeting adjourned 6:45 pm.
